In the weeks leading up to the release of Atari Blitzkrieg's Technicolor Crime Scenes we're going to be revealing more and more of the tracks on the album. They'll also be made available for immediate download with the pre-order. This week we dropped Spirits, where 3 key artists meet for the first time. Atari Blitzkrieg is joined by Willie Green on Production and Uncommon Nasa for a spirited chorus on a track that dares to communicate with the dead. Live it up with your pre-order of the album and get an exclusive bonus track, Dungeons x Dragons featuring Vast Aire.
Atari Blitzkrieg's "Technicolor Crime Scenes" available for Pre-Order with new single & Vast Aire track
Uncommon Records is proud to announce the pre-order of Atari Blitzkrieg's long awaited LP, Technicolor Crime Scenes. The official release date is May 28th, but if you pre-order digitally at our Online Store before that date you will get a Pre-Order ONLY bonus track featuring Vast Aire called Dungeons x Dragons.
The lead single, Choices (Produced by IV the Polymath) and the Nasa-Produced banger, Enter the Creeper are available immediately upon pre-order. We will also be revealing more songs and adding them to the immediate pre-order for the entire month leading up to May 28th!
To call Atari Blitzkrieg eclectic would be a colossal understatement. The Virginia-based artist explores a wide array of soundscapes that leave most speechless when it comes to placing a label on his music. Atari could fill a room with gamers, head bangers and beat poets and please them all. With Technicolor Crime Scenes, Atari does just that. While Atari self-produced a large portion of the album he enlisted the talents of 4th Disciple, Krohme, Nasa, IV the Polymath, Willie Green & Masai Bey as well. He also collaborated with Hell-Razah, C-Rayz Walz, Breez Evahflowin, Nasa and Masai on the mic.

Uncommon Records has put together a very special event for NYC this Monday at Public Assembly in BK, April 1st. It's called "NO FOOLS DAY" and features a great line up of artists. Headlining the night and completing his tour in New York will be Mega Ran, he'll be joined by billy woods (History Will Absolve Me), Cavalier (who is featured prominantly on Quelle Chris' brand new LP from Mello Music Group), Cult Favorite (For Mad Men Only & this great new video!), Uncommon Nasa (just dropped Frequent Flyers with Prince Po) and Pruven (Stamina of Thought). You can pre-order tickets right now at Public Assembly's website. You can also find out more about the event at it's Facebook Event Page (don't be shy spreading invites around the tri state btw).
Uncommon Records proudly presents Lead Breakfast from Aeon Grey. This opus took 7 years to complete and we think you can hear every iota of that meticulousness in this record. It features jarring imagery represented by Aeon's counter culture lyrics as well as by blaring live playing that will rip you apart, only to rebuild you once again.
You should already be familiar with Aeon from his work with Midwest Indie Hip-Hop icons, Maxilla Blue and his involvement with his self crafted label, Central Standard. Now he takes his forward looking sound of ear piercing arrangements to Uncommon Records to take part fully in the Progressive Hip-Hop movement.
Lead Breakfast is the lasting anti-authority statement that will blast in the headphones of unfortunate drone cultures for decades to come. It's a sonic achievement and something only Aeon Grey could create.
