Atari Blitzkrieg's "Technicolor Crime Scenes" available for Pre-Order with new single & Vast Aire track

Uncommon Records is proud to announce the pre-order of Atari Blitzkrieg's long awaited LP, Technicolor Crime Scenes.  The official release date is May 28th, but if you pre-order digitally at our Online Store before that date you will get a Pre-Order ONLY bonus track featuring Vast Aire called Dungeons x Dragons. 

The lead single, Choices (Produced by IV the Polymath) and the Nasa-Produced banger, Enter the Creeper are available immediately upon pre-order.  We will also be revealing more songs and adding them to the immediate pre-order for the entire month leading up to May 28th!

To call Atari Blitzkrieg eclectic would be a colossal understatement. The Virginia-based artist explores a wide array of soundscapes that leave most speechless when it comes to placing a label on his music. Atari could fill a room with gamers, head bangers and beat poets and please them all.  With Technicolor Crime Scenes, Atari does just that.    While Atari self-produced a large portion of the album he enlisted the talents of 4th Disciple, Krohme, Nasa, IV the Polymath, Willie Green & Masai Bey as well.  He also collaborated with Hell-Razah, C-Rayz Walz, Breez Evahflowin, Nasa and Masai on the mic.

New Uncommon Nasa single w/ Prince Po, Produced by Willie Green + SXSW dates!

Uncommon Records proudly presents the first single from Uncommon Nasa's upcoming LP, Land of the Way It Is.  Frequent Flyers features the one and only Prince Po of Organized Konfusion and is produced by Willie Green!  There is also a remix by Nasa and the "Name Your Price" single features the instrumentals of both along with the accapella for your own remixing pleasure.  Frequent Flyers is also being released in advance of Nasa travelling out to SXSW to rock a schedule of 5 shows which can be found listed below.  If you're in Austin, make sure you make it out to at least one!

Taiyamo Denku drops new video from upcoming Uncommon release, "Radio-Octave"

Taiyamo Denku is back for 2013 with a brand new video for his single, Pitfall.  The track is from his upcoming Uncommon release titled, Radio-Octave.  Radio-Octave will feature a large chunk of production by Nasa along with well respected producers Ayatollah and Domingo among others.  This release will include appearances by legends like KRS-One and Kool G. Rap to name a few, look for it later this year.  You can also hear Taiyamo Denku on our most recent release, Uncommon Burners 2, available now!

Pitfall was produced by the Grime Lab and the video was directed by 50 Hungry Lions.  Shot at the Miramar Theatre in Milwaukee, it features Taiyamo Denku behind the piano for some virtuoso performances while being heckled and cheered by a clone army.  Don't miss it!

Uncommon Radio Presents it's Top Ten LPs for 2012

Uncommon Radio has rolled out it's annual special featuring the Top Ten LPs of 2012.  Hosted by Nasa, he counts down from 10 to 1 of the year that was.  Some of the choices expected and some not, take some notes and get down with some of the best albums that Uncommon Records DIDN'T put out this passed year.  You can listen and download the episode here on the site or you can subscribe on Itunes.

Uncommon Radio #52 features Exclusive billy woods track that's Produced by Nasa

Nasa just dropped the latest episode of Uncommon Radio and on it he played a brand new, soon to be released, track he produced for billy woods.  The track is called Musical Chairs and it will be available on woods' upcoming free release, Wooden Nickels, which will be dropping just before the Christmas.  Make sure you keep an eye out for that project from Backwoodz!  Nasa laid down 19 banging tracks on this episode, make sure you subscribe to Uncommon Radio on Itunes or peep it here on the site!

Agartha Audio remixes "Debt" for Gajah (of Acid Reign)'s "Poverty's Prodigy Remixed" LP

This year Gajah released a solo LP called Poverty's Prodigy on the Acid Lab Records label.  Now he presents the Remixed version which features an Eastern influenced production by Agartha Audio for the track, Debt.  Gajah and Nasa have also begun work for 2013 to collaborate for an EP so look for that as well.
