Short Fuze did something really cool over at Chi Mil's Website when he sat down to interview a long time listener and supporter of Uncommon Records and Underground Hip-Hop as a whole, Jerome Dickens.  It's really interesting to read an interview with someone that really has a true sense for the history of independent hip-hop, you can learn a lot more from someone like that then from most so-called "underground artists" these days.  Lots of talk of Uncommon, Wastelands and the NYC Indie scene for you.  Check out the interview here.

Lobotomy Music OUT NOW & in a brand new Uncommon Store!

Uncommon Records has opened a brand new Digital Store!  It launches today, June 29th, the same day as "Lobotomy Music" from Short Fuze & Nasa is released!  At the new store you can buy Uncommon releases directly from us, at a discount.  The store features digital releases as well as CDs.  In time, our entire catalog will be available, over a dozen LPs are available right now, including some that are absolutely FREE.  We'll also be dropping exclusives there as well!

Short Fuze Lead Up Promotion

"Lobotomy Music" Cover Reveal

Here's the cover for Short Fuze & Nasa's LP "Lobotomy Music".  The album will be available June 22nd.  It's entirely produced by Nasa, with cameos from Adam Warlock, Karniege, The Presence, Taiyamo Denku, Augury, Eleven, Passive 65ive and Shortrock.  If you liked the single "Don't Feed the Machine" then you're going to love "Lobotomy Music".  Expect another leaked track soon.  "Lobotomy Music" will be available digitally AND on CD and will be the first release featured in the brand new Uncommon Store opening in June.  Artwork below by Phlyink.
